Admissions Policy
Foxyards Academy Nursery has the capacity for 26 full time (30-hours) places for children aged three and four. Our Nursery aims to provide a high-quality early years’ experience for all children regardless of background. This policy is written to ensure fairness and equality for all those intending to begin their education at Foxyards Academy.
Foxyards Academy Nursery Provision
Foxyards Academy has the capacity for 26 places for children aged three and four. We offer full time and part time places term time only. All children aged three to four are eligible to 15-hours a week funded Nursery place term time only. Hours are between 8:45 - 11:45am or 12:30 - 3:30pm.
You may be eligible for Government Funded 30 hours. You can check your eligibility for funded places by using the government’s Childcare Choices website or the Childcare Calculator. To apply for your 30 hours code, please click here.
Alternatively, you can pay £75 per week for 30-hours childcare plus £20 per week to cover the cost of lunchtime supervision (total cost of £95 per week) term time only

Please make sure you have read the Nursery Admissions Policy and have your contact details, child’s DOB and (if applicable) your 30-hour code to hand.
Your details will be recorded onto our wait list and you will be contacted if there is a place for your child. We don’t have the capacity to respond to every submission but be assured that we have received your application once you have pressed ‘submit’.
